What is the difference between a fine art print and a regular poster?
Our fine art prints are printed on a heavier quality Hahnemühle paper, with a 2cm white border. The paper has museum quality and unprecedented sharpness.
What types of paper and inks are used for the prints?
We use paper with a very matte surface and a fine structure. The Hahnemühle Fine Art paper is 100% cotton and 308 gr/m2.
Each Fine Art Print has a 2 cm white border and is of high quality.
Why are the prints limited in edition?
Each print is carefully selected and crafted with high-quality materials to ensure artistic vision and quality. Due to our limited edition of 20 pieces, we guarantee not only the rarity of each print, but also lasting value for collectors.
Are the prints delivered framed?
We do not frame the prints. A list is very personal and that is why we think it is important that everyone is free to make their own choice.
All prints are supplied in common formats.
What does it mean that the prints are printed in a limited edition
Only 20 of each print will be sold worldwide in the format offered. After all 20 have been sold, the work will make way for a new print.
Prints may return to the shop, but in a different format.
Does the Fine Art Print come with a white border?
Each work comes standard with a 2 cm white border. This does not affect the standard outer dimensions that each print has.

Delivery & returns
When will my print be delivered?
Each print is made by order.
When an order has been placed and paid, the order to print the print is given. This can take an average of 14 working days, depending on where and when the order is placed.
What if I accidentally provided a wrong address or made another mistake in my order?

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you send an email to info@fangafineart.com within an hour, we can make changes to your order, but unfortunately not anymore.
I have placed my order, but have not received an order confirmation, how is that possible?
It may take some time before the confirmation email reaches your inbox, also check your spam carefully. If you have not received an order confirmation from us within 24 hours, please contact us at info@fangafineart.com.
Where can I find the link to track my package for delivery?
We will provide a trank & trace link via email after shipment.
What if my order is delayed?
It may happen that delivery is delayed due to external factors/unforeseen matters at our partners. If we are aware of this, we will inform you immediately.
Can I return my order?
Each print is printed to order and therefore made especially for you. This means that returns cannot be made without a demonstrable explanation.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If damage occurs to the artwork during transport, you can return it (shipping costs at your own expense) and we will replace the work free of charge (after we have received the damaged work back).
